One of the goals of Wikimedia Ukraine is to advocate at the state level for the changes needed for the development of free knowledge. Our goals are to work on the implementation of "freedom of panorama" in Ukraine, the promotion of the use of free licenses by state institutions of various levels, as well as the advocacy of other changes that benefit the development of free knowledge (for example, "orphan works").
